Julie London

  Julie London's net worth was estimated at $10 million, after inflation at the time she died in the year 2000. The most famous part she played was that of the TV program Emergency!. She was born on the 19th of September 1926, in Santa Rosa California and died in October 2000. Her occupation was elevator operator before she became an actor. Her parents worked as vaudeville actors. London is well-known for her character Dixie McCall R.N. in the television show Emergency! from 1972 to in 1978. She starred in several films and co-starred with Rock Hudson in the 1951 film The Fat Man. Julie London co-starred with Robert Taylor and John Cassavetes in the 1958 film Saddle the Wind and with Robert Mitchum in the 1959 movie The Wonderful Country. Her albums were released in the 1950s and 1960s, and her most popular song was "Cry My River". London was awarded an Golden Globe Award nomination in 1974 for the song "Emergency!" She married Jack Webb in 1947 and Bobby Troup between 1959-1999.
